After 10 long years of daily loads of cat beds, blankets, towels, toys, and scrubs, our washer in A Building now sounds like it’s about to launch into orbit—and the dryer isn’t far behind, taking three full cycles just to dry one load. Simply put, our quarantine laundry setup in A Building is on its last legs.
To continue providing the clean, healthy environment our cats deserve and wash our daily quarantine laundry (near our Isolation Rooms for Upper Respiratory Infections and Ringworm), we urgently need to replace our washer and dryer! We’ve found the perfect solution: a Speed Queen commercial-grade stackable unit that’s not only more efficient, but also saves valuable space in our laundry area.
